If your Bitcoin Ring requires repair or maintenance, please get in touch with us within the warranty period. Our experts will assess the situation and determine the appropriate course of action. We reserve the right to repair or replace the jewelry with a new piece of the same or comparable design. We will offer a suitable alternative if the exact model is no longer available.

Please note that our Warranty does not cover any shipping or insurance costs associated with sending the jewelry to us for repair. You are responsible for ensuring the safe delivery of the jewelry to our designated address. We recommend using a secure tracked shipping method and obtaining insurance coverage.
